Plan Governance
The CUPE Employees’ Pension Plan (CEPP) is jointly trusteed and as the Administrator, the Joint Board of Trustees (JBT) manages the CEPP according to the Trust Agreement, Plan Text, and various laws and regulations. Members and Employer Trustees are appointed by Settlors and the Retiree Trustees are elected by the retirees. Trustees appointed by the Settlors do not have term limits. Retiree Trustees are elected for a three year term.
