Trust Agreement
The Trust Agreement is the document that lays out the terms and conditions under which the CUPE Employees’ Pension Plan (CEPP) is governed and administered. The Trustees must follow the rules laid out in the Trust Agreement and under the law. The Trust Agreement can only be amended by the Settlors of the trust (CUPE, COPE Local 491 and CSU).
